How we approach the work.

Define the records and who can access them
We start with the data model, ownership and permissions. Clear boundaries between public actions and private operations help shape APIs, authentication and the tools a team needs to manage its work.

Plan for partial failures
A form submission and an email notification are different operations. We decide what must be saved first, what can be retried and how failures become visible, so an external service outage does not silently lose the underlying record.

Integrate around existing responsibilities
Third-party systems bring their own APIs, limits and account requirements. We map the information exchanged, avoid unnecessary duplication and scope testing around the complete workflow, including rejected requests and unavailable dependencies.

Can you connect an existing system?
We first review the available API, access permissions and data requirements. The integration scope depends on what the existing system supports and which account or provider arrangements are in place.
Does every product need custom infrastructure?
No. We use managed services where they fit and add custom APIs or processing for the needs they do not cover. The aim is a maintainable system proportionate to the product.
