When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, organization and the details you share about a potential project.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information in a project enquiry.

Like most websites, the infrastructure serving this site may process basic request information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested pages so the site can operate securely and reliably.

Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to determine whether a submission is likely to come from a person rather than an automated system.

When analytics is enabled, WianTribe uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and real-user performance so we can improve the site without turning project enquiries into advertising profiles.

WianTribe may also record a small set of first-party conversion events, such as opening the Work page, starting a project enquiry, opening a case study, following a case-study link to a live project, or successfully sending the contact form. These events are limited to an event name, the page path and, where relevant, a project slug or destination hostname.

We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, organizations, budgets, contact-form messages, query strings, cookies, persistent user identifiers or browser fingerprints in WianTribe's conversion-event records. The custom conversion tracker also skips collection when Global Privacy Control is enabled or Do Not Track is set to 1.

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the work you are asking about, prepare follow-up questions or proposals, protect the contact form from abuse and maintain reasonable business records.

We use limited aggregate and conversion analytics, when enabled, to understand whether the website is useful and which pages or calls to action lead to genuine project interest.

We do not use information submitted through the contact form to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell contact-form information to advertisers or data brokers.

WianTribe uses service providers to operate this website. Cloudflare provides website hosting, edge infrastructure, server-side functions and, when configured, Turnstile abuse protection, Web Analytics and Analytics Engine. Resend is used to deliver contact-form email messages and confirmations.

Those providers may process information on WianTribe's behalf as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own contractual, security and privacy obligations.

Enquiries and related correspondence may remain in our business email and records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legitimate record-keeping needs.

Infrastructure, analytics and email providers may retain limited technical, aggregate, event or delivery records according to their own service settings and retention practices.

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information you previously sent through this website, subject to information we must reasonably retain for legal, security or business-record purposes.

To make a privacy request, use the contact page and clearly identify the request. We may need to verify enough information to ensure we are responding to the right person.

The service providers supporting this website may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy protections and lawful-access rules can differ between jurisdictions.
